Technology, intended for replacement of standard
Power MOSFETs in DC to 50 KHz applications.
The ISO5852S device is a 5.7 kVRMS reinforced isolated gate driver for IGBTs and MOSFETs with split outputs (OUTH and OUTL) and 2.5A source and 5A sink capabilities. The inputs can operate from a single power supply ranging from 2.25V to 5.5V. The output side supports supply voltages ranging from 15V to 30V. Two complementary CMOS inputs control the gate driver output state. The short propagation time of 76ns ensures precise control of the output stage.
